Q:  Are the roses indoor or outdoor.
The roses are for growing in the OPEN garden.Follow the care/cultivation instructions which are included. If you are planning to grow in a container order a "Patio" type rose.simply put patio in the source box. The roses will not succeed indoors.

Q:  How long can I grow the rose in the pot?
You should try and plant as soon as is practical. In the dormant season the rose can be planted as soon as the soil can be worked. In the warmer weather try and plant within a day or too. if the rose has to spend more time out of the soil ensure that it is well watered.

Q:  Can I order for Christmas now?
Yes, of course. Simply advise when you order when you want it to be delivered and leave the rest to us. Allow a few days if it is to be delivered in Europe.

Q:  Where can I find the Rose List of personal roses?
The Rose List of personal roses is on our sister site Gardening Answers

Q:  Do I need permission for just a Christian name?
No, just when all the Christian names and surname are used. So "Jack Smith" or "John David" does not require permission, but "John David Sydney Smith" would.

Q:  Can I order and delay delivery?
Yes, we will take advance orders and deliver to suit the date that you want. Deliveries are generally made on a Friday when requested day is at the weekend.

Q:  How do you deliver?
We use a national carrier service. We pack for protection and not presentation - to ensure the rose is in good condition when you receive it. Always let us know if the rose can be left with a neighbour as the carrier is under instructions to deliver to signature.

Q:  Can I include a message with the rose?
Yes. Simply add the message in the box provided on the checkout page and it will be included in the packaging.

Q:  Will I be able to buy more of the same rose from you or garden centres in the future?
No. Each rose is a one off hybrid. We do, however include propagation instructions so that you can create others, which would bear the same name, from the established rose. You could also but the Private Collection which has three identical roses if you wanted more in the first instance.

Q:  What is a predominate colour?
Because each rose is unique we are not 100% sure of the exact shade of the colour you wil receive. We know from the family lines the expected predominate colour but a yellow might be golden or lemon.
